Robertson-Price partners: Dick Robertson, Doug Price, Steve Price, and Dave Price
MANAGING PARTNER
Dick Robertson organized Robertson-Price, LLC in 1994 to finance a property development project in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He reorganized the firm in 1998 to take advantage of new investment opportunities in central Oregon. Dick has been a financial advisor and real estate investor for over 25 years. In addition to his role as a managing partner for Robertson-Price, Dick owns and manages Robertson Wall Street Financial, "securities offered through KMS Financial Services."
LIMITED PARTNERS
Doug Price is a senior manager with a California food processing company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from Oregon State University. A limited partner with Robertson-Price since 1998, Doug serves as secretary for the firm's partnership board.
Dave Price is a retired Air Force officer with over 30 years of leadership and financial management experience. As a military commander, he was responsible for base civil engineering, security, logistics, communications, housing, medical, and quality-of-life services for 3,400 Air Force personnel. Dave also built multi-billion dollar budgets at the Pentagon. He retired from the Air Force as a Brigadier General. Dave joined Robertson-Price as a partner in 2013.
Steve Price is one of the founding partner of Robertson-Price. Currently, he is chief of maintenance for the deep-dive Pisces IV submarines at the University of Hawaii Undersea Research Laboratory. Steve has been investing in Oregon, California, and Hawaii real estate since 1994.
